Q. Are you bonded and insured?
A. Yes, we are
fully bonded and insured for your protection and peace of mind.
Q. How will
you access my home?
A. There are several ways we can access your home:
- You can issue us a key.
- You can give us the code to the garage.
- You
can meet us at your home the day of your service and let us in.
Q. If I
choose to issue you a key, how do you keep my key safe?
A. All keys are
numbered, never labeled, and kept securely locked in our office until the
day of your scheduled service.
Q. Do I need to provide any supplies?
A.
We will bring our natural products; all you need to provide is trash liners
or any special product that you want us to use in your home.
Q. How do
you determine your rates?
A. Some cleaning companies charge by the hour
for their services. This is a disadvantage to you, because you never know
how much you will be charged, and sometimes the cleaners may have to leave
before the job is completed in order to stay within your cleaning budget.
We charge by the job, not by the hour. This allows us to spend as much
time in your home as necessary to ensure your home is clean. Ask us about
the discount we offer if you choose to pay us on monthly basis.
Q. How and when do I pay for cleaning services? A. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept checks or cash. Please leave your payment in a sealed envelope on the kitchen counter the day of your service. There is a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.
Q. What if I need to cancel my scheduled service?
A. We ask that you please provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancelled
appointments to avoid a cancellation fee of $35.00. Exceptions to this
policy will, of course, be made for emergency situations.
Q. What if I
am unhappy?
A. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy, we
are not happy. If for any reason you are unhappy with services received,
just give us a call within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean
the area in question at no charge to you.
